NuWave Sensors is proud to be supporting Quadrum’s 11 Belgrave Road redevelopment with AirSentric™️ Indoor Air Quality monitors to meet the requirements for WELL platinum certification.
As a major office redevelopment, 11 Belgrave will deliver 150,000 sq. ft. of Grade A space in Victoria, London, whilst pushing boundaries for sustainability and wellbeing. It is the first project in the UK to achieve a NABERS UK 5.5 design-reviewed target rating for in-use energy efficiency and has achieved a design stage rating of BREEAM Outstanding.
Despite the sharp increase in demand for WELL building certification in the UK, 11 Belgrave is only 1 of 6 buildings to pre-certify for WELL platinum, underpinning the project’s commitment to promote wellbeing at every level. As part of the WELL requirements, NuWave Sensors’ AirSentric system will provide continuous monitoring of Indoor Air Quality and environmental conditions to help deliver a healthy and productive working environment for future occupiers.
